What we ask, and what we do not.

The obligation is one sentence long: answer the people who applied, on time. Everything else about how you hire stays yours.

What we ask
  • An answer to every applicant within seven daysAdvance, decline with a reason tied to your own criteria, or hold once. Miss it and the role comes off the board, every unanswered candidate gets their application back, and the miss goes on your record. Two inside ninety days bring a warning; three pause new postings for thirty days, and each ages off ninety days on.
  • A real salary band, no more than 25% widePlus one line on how you decide the final number. “$70k to $130k” will not post.
  • Your criteria, committed before the role goes liveLocked from the moment it does. That is the deal candidates apply under.
  • Your response times, publishedThe record below, kept for every company. Not how many people you advance: who you want to interview is your call, not a score.
What we do not ask
  • No deadline to hireHire inside twenty-one days and the placement fee is $0. A longer search means a smaller rebate, never a bigger bill.
  • No minimum number of interviewsFive qualified candidates you choose not to hire is a hiring decision. Who you interview is yours.
  • No plan, no depositYour first role is free to post. A plan you forget to cancel is a trap, not a price.
  • No process of oursThe four screening switches and the interview kit are there if you want them. Have your own? Keep it.
  • No charge for a busy monthOnce your shortlist is in, pause the role and it comes off the board, free, for up to thirty paused days in total. Answers already due stay due; the Speed Dividend clock keeps counting.
The record, shown as itself

The same box every company page carries. Sample numbers, and not a spotless sample on purpose: misses and refunds show whenever they are nonzero, and nobody can edit or suppress them, including us.
