Employers

You know the most this can cost before you post it.

Everybody charges up front. So do we. The difference: the number is capped the day you post, and from there it only falls.

How you can buy

Per hire

$600one role
  • $600 when you post it.
  • One login.
  • If the hire falls through, the next role is full price.

Annual

$99a month, billed annually ($1,188 a year, plus sales tax where it applies)
  • Renews once a year at the price you locked. Cancel in one click any time; we email a reminder before each renewal.
  • Founding price for the first fifty memberships, locked in while your membership stays active. $150 after.
  • Unlimited roles, as many open at once as you like.
  • Three logins, so a teammate can screen with you.
  • Placement fees on the reduced member schedule: the cap falls from $1,000 to $750.
  • Your own hiring record: time to fill, response times, whether your offers landed inside the band.
  • Costs less than per-hire from your third role in a year.

The Speed Dividend

The placement fee is charged only on a hire, and it falls with how fast you answer: $0 inside four weeks, never more than $1,000, capped at $750 on any membership. Ask the others where their number stops.

The full ceiling rebated — $1,000 per hire, $750 for members. Days to accepted offer decide it, nothing else.

If it does not work, you do not pay for it

Fewer than five candidates who meet your must-haves: the role runs again free, or, where you paid a posting fee and have not advanced anyone yet, we refund it. Your choice, and no case to make.

  • What counts“Meets your must-haves” is objective: the requirements you set when posting, checked exactly the way the apply button checks them, counted when your shortlist is delivered: seven open days after the seal lifts, at the latest.
  • What comes backThe full $600 posting fee. Free first roles and membership-covered roles carry no posting fee, so their remedy is the free re-run.
  • Once you advance someoneAdvancing reveals a candidate's name and email: an introduction you keep. From then on the remedy is the free re-run, as many times as it takes, not the refund.
  • Before you postA role cannot post while fewer than five verified candidates clear its must-haves. The composer shows the live count; loosen a must-have or widen the band and it posts the moment five clear. If you ask us to waive the floor for a role, that role carries no guarantee, and the composer says so before you post.
  • One case per roleA re-run that closes thin again belongs to the same case; reopen the role from its page, free, as often as you like. The refund choice does not reopen.
  • How long you haveSeven days to choose. If you do not, we re-run it free automatically.
  • The windowThe first 24 hours are sealed, so nobody out-refreshes anybody, and the clock has not started. Then seven days open: you read applicants as they come; at 25 waiting the field locks and ranks, and the seventh open day closes it either way.
  • Supply, not tasteFive qualified candidates you choose not to hire is a hiring decision; the guarantee covers supply, not taste.
Three rules that never change
  • Nobody can pay to rank higherEver.
  • Contacting your applicants is includedNo unlock, no per-message fee. Every introduction here starts with an application; nobody is put in front of you who did not apply.
  • No deposit, and no plan requiredA plan you forget to cancel is a trap, not a price.
Against what you may be using now

Their price buys reach. Ours buys structure: a capped field of identity-verified candidates who answered your questions, read blind against criteria you wrote.

  • Indeed Sponsored
From $5 a day, about $195 over a 39-day search, spent hire or not
The open market — often 300+ applications per hire

    The same volume
  • Callback, per hire

A sealed first day, then identity-verified candidates read as they land, your strongest 25 at a time
  • Callback, annual
$99/mo, every role covered, plus a reduced fee on a hire ($750 cap)
    The same

Ad prices are their best case, spent hire or not. Our worst case all-in is $1,600, back to $600 all-in when you hire inside 28 days. No hire, nothing more. (ZipRecruiter’s own filings put the average employer at $1,669 a quarter, hired or not.) First role free to post on either path.

Indeed’s figure is its published daily floor across the 39-day median time to fill; ZipRecruiter quotes prices per employer, so its range is third-party 2026 estimates. The right-hand column is our description of what those channels deliver, as of September 2026 — we re-check them and correct anything that goes stale.
